Everybody can become distributing agent for IADC. In order to do this you have to send 5 applications for regular price ($45 for International Translation of Driver License, $25 for Non-Government Identification Card, $70 for Individual Taxpayer Identification Number).

After the agreement with the company has been signed the distributing agent is provided with special ID and gets discounted prices ($25 for International Translation of Driver License, $15 for Non-Government Identification Card, $40 for Individual Taxpayer Identification Number).

The distributor is responsible for informing the customers about their rights and obligations.
